A proud adopted Geordie with a life long passion for uncovering the stories of the past. Living in the North east for the last 6 years I have found a love for the rich history, traditions and characters that make the Geordie’s so special.
I became fascinated with family history when my grandfather decided to research his own based on a story he’d been told about his ancestors being the landowners of the financial district in Manhattan, New York.
After he passed away, I was given his research to continue his legacy and from there I fell in love with the whole idea of family history. Putting pieces of puzzles together to make a story.
Living in England, Scotland and Wales, I combine over 20 years of knowledge from these countries with professional research skills to trace family trees, uncover hidden stories and help others discover their roots whether your family never left the North East or are scattered across the globe, I can help you piece together the puzzle of your past.
What sets me apart, is not just my expertise in records, archives and resources but also my passion for storytelling. To me, a family tree isn’t just names and dates – it’s about the people, the lives they lived and the legacies they left behind.
